Alpha Quantum Healing Session
This 60-75 minute individual session is an introduction to quantum healing. This session is best suited for someone new to meditation and visualization and those curious of quantum healing. This session is a gateway to the theta state.
Energy Exchange: $111
Theta Quantum Healing Session
This 3-3.5 hour individual session takes clients into the theta brain wave state to access multiple memories and subconscious connection. This session is best suited for those who actively meditate.
Energy Exchange: $333
Private Group Alpha Quantum Healing Session
This 90 minute session brings our services to you. Gather a group of 6-8 and hold a quantum healing session in the comfort of your home, backyard, or any environment you wish. This session is best suited for all and is a beautiful way to connect with yourself and others.

The Becomining, Custom Recorded Hypnosis
The Becoming is bespoke hypnosis, or personalized subconscious reprogramming. We begin by understanding your experience, preferences, and desires through a client questionnaire and virtual meeting. Then, we create a custom recorded hypnosis to guide you to the life you want to create. Topics can be related to a client's personal life, business, relationships, or something entirely different. Client desires guide this offering. In addition to the recording, clients receive a listening guide.

Group Hypnotherapy ExperiencesHealing doesn’t have to happen one person at a time.Rising Rooted offers customized group hypnotherapy experiences designed to help people shift the thoughts, patterns, and beliefs that can hold them back together.These sessions can be created for schools, sports teams, businesses, organizations, community groups, and more, with each experience tailored to the needs of the group.

Dr. Kelli Kapp-Heifner
Dr. Kelli Kapp-Heifner holds advanced degrees in communication, leadership, and psychology, along with certifications in Sound Therapy, Trauma-Informed Functional Breathwork, Sekhem Reiki, Intuitive Reiki, Intuitive Healing, Muscle Testing, Hypnosis, and Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). She integrates these modalities to help clients explore subconscious patterns, gain personal insight, and support emotional and spiritual growth. Through Quantum Healing, clients are guided in exploring experiences that may provide greater clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of purpose.
